Delete your account yourself

Account deletion is available from your profile settings after you sign in.

1. Sign in to your Fixly.ge account.
2. Open Edit profile and find Delete account and data.
3. Enter DELETE, provide your current password if the account has one, and confirm permanent deletion.

What happens to your data

All personal data associated with the account is permanently deleted or anonymized according to the Privacy Policy. This includes the profile, login credentials and linked OAuth providers, active sessions and refresh tokens, requests, offers, reviews, messages, notifications, device tokens, and uploaded images where applicable.

Only records that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may be retained, and backup copies expire according to the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access your account

Email us from an address you can access. We may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
