Fixly.ge is currently oriented toward the Georgian market.

Data controller

The controller of personal data is the owner of the Fixly.ge platform. After an individual entrepreneur, company, or other legal entity is registered for Fixly.ge, this section should be replaced with the relevant legal details.

Data categories Fixly.ge may process

• Account data such as name, email, phone status, account status, and preferences.
• Profile data such as city, address, avatar, master profile details, service categories, experience, availability, and portfolio metadata.
• Order data such as category, description, budget, timing, status, offers, and selected master.
• Location coordinates and address details, including approximate and exact service locations.
• Messages and notifications related to orders, offers, and account activity.
• Reviews and ratings from clients and masters.
• Uploaded images such as order photos, avatars, and portfolio photos.
• Authentication data such as login identifiers, tokens, verification status, and password reset or OTP flow data.
• Cookies and localStorage values such as language preference, authentication/session storage, and cookie consent storage.
• Technical and security logs such as IP address, login date and time, device type, browser, operating system, and security event logs.

Purposes and legal grounds

Fixly.ge may process personal data to create and manage accounts, provide the marketplace, publish and match requests, enable offers and messaging, show approximate or exact location according to the order stage, send notifications, authenticate users, prevent fraud or abuse, moderate reviews, provide support, improve the service, keep records, and comply with legal obligations.

Location data

Fixly.ge may process coordinates and address details to help clients describe where service is needed and help masters evaluate requests. Before offer acceptance, masters should see only an approximate location where possible. Exact address details and exact coordinates are intended to be shared with the selected master only after the client accepts an offer or where needed for safety, support, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Third-party services

Fixly.ge may use service providers for hosting, databases, media storage, email, authentication, maps, notifications, security, analytics, payments, and support. Providers should process personal data only under appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security, and data protection terms. If personal data is transferred outside Georgia, Fixly.ge should use a transfer mechanism required by applicable law.

Security

Fixly.ge takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data breach procedure

In the event of a data security breach, Fixly.ge will act in accordance with applicable law and, where necessary, notify users and competent authorities.

Data retention

For the current service model, the following retention periods apply unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security or dispute resolution:

• Account data: while the account remains active.
• Order data: 5 years.
• Reviews: while the account exists.
• Messages: 3 years.
• Security logs: 12 months.
• Backups: up to 90 days.

User rights requests

Users may contact contact@fixly.ge to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction, objection, portability/export, or withdrawal of consent where consent is used. Fixly.ge will respond according to applicable law and subject to lawful exceptions such as legal claims, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.

European Union users

If Fixly.ge starts intentionally providing services to users in the European Union, this policy may be updated to reflect GDPR requirements.
