About the service

Fixly.ge is an online platform that helps clients find independent specialists for household, repair, and other services.

Fixly.ge does not directly provide services and is not a party to the agreement between a client and a master.

Future Paid Services

Fixly currently provides free access to all platform features.

The platform may introduce optional paid services, subscriptions, premium features, or advertising products in the future. Users will be notified before such changes take effect.

Minimum age

By using Fixly.ge, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old or use the service with the consent of a legal representative.

User account

Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

Orders

Clients may create service requests. Masters may view requests and send offers. After an offer is accepted, the client and master independently agree the details of performing the work.

Prohibited actions

• Providing false information.
• Impersonating another person.
• Using the platform for illegal activity.
• Publishing offensive content.
• Violating the rights of other users.

Reviews

Reviews must be based on real interaction experience. False, offensive, or misleading reviews are prohibited.

User content

Users retain rights to the content they upload, including order photos, profile photos, and master portfolio materials. The user grants Fixly.ge a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that content for the operation of the platform. Without separate consent, uploaded content is not used for advertising purposes.

Intellectual property

All rights to the software, design, logos, texts, and platform elements of Fixly.ge belong to the platform owner or are used on lawful grounds.

Access restriction

Fixly.ge may restrict or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms.

Account deletion

A user can permanently delete their account from Edit profile. Active account data is removed immediately; backup copies expire under the Privacy Policy, subject to legal or security obligations.

Limitation of liability

Fixly.ge provides the platform as is and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by masters.

Each master is independently responsible for their services, prices, timelines, and compliance with applicable law.

Force majeure

Fixly.ge is not responsible for service unavailability caused by force majeure, communication outages, actions of public authorities, cyberattacks, or other events outside the platform's reasonable control.
